Phoenix area Hand-Deliveries:
These cost $10.00 or $20.00 depending on distance.  Please contact us to determine a hand delivery fee.

Free shipping is to street addresses within the continental United States via UPS Ground (2-6 days).  If you want to expedite shipment or live in AK, HI, on a military site or want shipment to a P.O. Box, then select the appropriate upgraded shipping options when adding the item to your cart.  For shipments outside the U.S., please contact us.

Temporarily Out of Stock/ Backordered Items:

If an item you have selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via e-mail and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact us at and we will be happy to assist you.

Most Items:
In stock orders will be shipped out the same or (if after noon) the next business day.  Weekend orders placed Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Breastfeeding Express in based out of Scottsdale, AZ.  UPS transit time is generally as follows (from day shipped):

Southwest: 1 - 2 business days.
Northwest: 3 business days.
Midwest, South, Southeast:  4 - 5 business days.
East, Northeast: 5-6 business days.   

 

This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Military Sites and P.O. Boxes (shipping upgrade needed).  Orders are sent out UPS (Ground, 2-6 day shipment) unless a shipping upgrade has been purchased. Orders under two pounds may be sent Priority Mail at our discretion.

Most items can be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO Addresses, but some restrictions apply. Items that are sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service.  This will occur automatically (based on zip codes) and the fee will appear when you check out.
