Breast Pumps:

Unfortunately, due to the nature of breast pumps and fertility monitors, we are unable to accept returns for products that have already been opened or used. No Exceptions!  Breast milk is considered a bodily fluid.  Breast pumps are medical equipment designed for personal use.  

Breaking or displacing the manufacturer's safety seal on the outside of the box is evidence that the box has been opened.  Open breast pump or fertility monitor packages cannot be returned for credit.

Strollers: Bugaboo, Mountain Buggy, etc. :

Same as below, but our actual shipping costs are recouped.

Triple Strollers: Baby Jogger, Mountain Buggy, etc. :

Same as below, but the exact shipping costs are recouped.

Other Items:

Items can be returned only if unused.  If your item is not what you expected, please re-wrap the item exactly as it was received and start the return process immediately. 

Procedure for Returns:
1.) Contact us within 30 days of your purchase.
2.) Obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. (You can obtain an RMA by contacting us via e-mail at service@breastfeedingexpress.com).  Please provide your name, address, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return. Returned items not accompanied by an RMA number will be refused and will be returned to you at your expense.
3.) If your purchase is currently in transit, refuse the UPS delivery by being present at the time of delivery or by leaving a note.  Otherwise, the customer must ship the product back to us via UPS or USPS.
4.) Upon receipt of your RMA package, we will inspect the product to ensure that it has not been used and not opened in the case of breast pumps or fertility monitors.
5.) If the item is returned in perfect condition and the box is without damage, you can receive credit for the merchandise (minus our cost for shipping and minus 2.5% credit card processing fees).
6.) Otherwise, the item will be considered as devalued and we will charge a 0-10% devaluation fee (at our discretion).
7.) Standard and/or Upgraded shipping fees will not be refunded.

Example 1:  A Breast Pump is purchased for $150.00 with Free Shipping.  It is returned in perfect condition.  Our actual Shipping costs were $9.50.  Credit Card processing fees are $3.75 (2.5%).  The customer's credit card is refunded at $136.75.

Example 2:  A Diaper Bag is purchased for $60.00 + $7.50 to ship ($67.50).  It is returned in perfect condition.  Our actual shipping costs were $9.50.  Credit Card processing fees are $1.50 (2.5%).  The customer's credit card is refunded at $56.50.

Warranties

In the unfortunate, rare instance of a manufacturer defect, missing or broken part, please contact the manufacturer directly. (Check the outside of the box or product manual for phone number) If you have lost your proof of purchase, please email us and we'll be happy to send you a copy of your invoice.

Do not return defective goods to BreastfeedingExpress.com or they will be returned to you at your expense.
